RELIGIOUS COMMUNITIES IN THE PARISH At the present moment 4 religious congregations are involved in the service to the Sudanese refugees besides the Comboni Missionaries. The Comboni Missionary Sisters help out in the education through the presence of Sister Anna Maria Sgaramella as Schools' supervisor. In addition they welcome the Sudanese patients at the Italian Hospital. Sr. Maria Rosa is always ready to assist the sick Sudanese. The Canossian Daughters of Charity help out in the Education field through their presence in St.Bakhita Educational Center for language and computer studies and in St. Lwanga and Philip Sina schools. Besides that they run the Vocational training Center and the Bakhita Women. The Trinitarian Fathers serve at the St. Bakhita Center in the area of Arba wy Nus. This Center is a part of the Sacred Heart Church though it depends directly on the Trinitarian fathers. They run the school, the church and the different activities.
